FIELD: electric and radio engineering; off-line illuminating or warning lights. SUBSTANCE: device has optical module with light- emitting diodes mounted and interconnected on flat board and optical member in the form of grid assembled of square optical cells each incorporating similar disk-type echelon lenses with direct bearing layer. Optical axes of mentioned lenses are relatively parallel and aligned with those of light-emitting diodes whose light-emitting centers are in focus of each lens. Mentioned optical member is mounted in output aperture of device. Chosen light-emitting diodes have double light dissipating angle amounting to 0.5 of light intensity of each of them with coverage angle of optical cell of each echelon lens being smaller by 1.5-2 times. Perforated strip made of heat-conducting material is placed between optical grid and board carrying light-emitting diodes in plane crossing focus of each lens, its holes receiving light-emitting diodes tightly fitted therein and having their optical axes aligned with similar axes of lenses. This strip is blackened on side facing optical grid and functions to ensure precise alignment between optical axes of light-emitting diodes and echelon lenses, as well as to transfer heat from light-emitting diodes.
