FIELD: medicine, biotechnology, neurology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with evaluation of luciferase index, at its values ranged 0.2-0.32 conventional units one should predict result towards recovery; from 0.26 to 0.43 c. u. - into cerebrastenic syndrome or microfocal symptomatics; from 0.37 to 0.5 c. u. - into light degree of central and peripheral paralysis of limbs, from 0.49 to 0.61 c.u. - into pronounced pareses of craniocerebral nerves or average degree of central and peripheral paralysis of limbs, at values ranged 0.59-0.72 c.u. one should predict result into severe degree of paralysis of limbs or lesions of either cerebral cortex or subcortex, and at values above 0.7 c.u. - into lethality. If luciferase index value appear in group with cross- sectional character of values, the decrease of luciferase index during the first 4 d of disease flow increases the chance for favorable result. EFFECT: increased output and purity of target product. 3 ex, 1 tbl _
