SUBSTANCE: proposed method used in particular to acquire securities by means of telecommunication connections allows for completing generation of securities whose sheet resides at party other than issuer. To this end primary check data and protection items are included in securities sheet while additional check data associated with primary check data using cryptographic means are obtained by telecommunication connection to issuer. Additional check data obtained are received as securities properties supporting their value. Desired safety is ensured for both issuer and owner of securities.
