SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for ensuring secure mobile financial transactions in mobile communication networks and system architecture for realising said method. The method involves operations for connecting a customer to mobile payment system services (MobPS), carrying out a financial transaction while providing different security levels when transmitting, processing and storing payment information, switching off the customer payment instrument and the service from the mobile payment system.
EFFECT: ensuring information security when transmitting, processing and storing payment information, as well as reducing the probability of interception of personal or financial information during operations, reduced probability of retrieval of personal or financial information from databases, ensuring successful completion of a transaction when transmitting messages in mobile communication networks.
