SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing made in the form of hollow transparent cylinder with stopper, stem made in the form of tube with piston, threaded retainer-plug adapted to be screwed onto bottle comprising liquid component, and stop. Piston is provided with stop channels and is positioned for moving and fixation on stem. Casing is provided with stop openings. Stem has valve and is provided with blades and piston fixing thread, which are positioned at lower end of stem. Upper end of stem is made pointed for puncturing bottle cover. Such construction allows homogeneous cement mass to be prepared, prevents air and liquids from getting into cement, and provides for uniform filling of bone cavities with cement.
