FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology and orthopedics of vertebral column. SUBSTANCE: device has screws with heads having side grooves, male thread, central threaded holes, edge slots, core and tip, locking nuts and washers. There are skirting at base of nuts with angular projections located over skirting outer perimeter and contacting the similar projections on internal surface of washers, cutouts in washers for catching the bars, central rods with threaded end for screwing into central threaded holes of screw heads and thickening part and hexahedron for wrench on the other end. EFFECT: preserved strength of bone tissue of vertebras with screws introduced into them, excluded unscrewing of assembled screws-rods at repositioning, and weakening of rigidity of device-vertebral column system and excluded unscrewing of locking nuts during fixing of vertebral column by claimed device. 4 dwg
