FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in oncology and surgery for injection of cytostatics and antibiotics into mandible at oncological and inflammatory diseases of mouth cavity. In proposed device end of handle is made in form of cannula of syringe with two diametrically opposite flat projections at cone base fixed by sharp mandrin on which hollow needle with outer thread is installed. Said needle has cylindrical hole of diameter equal to diameter of mandrin changing in upper part into cone hole corresponding to cannula of syringe, and two slots by means of which needle is tightly fixed on two projections of handle.
