FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves widening causative tooth root canal as wide as spinal needle diameter. The first spinal needle is introduced into the produced canal as deep as preapical bone destruction focus. Needle tip projection is marked on gingival mucous membrane. Bone tissue is perforated with the second spinal needle at the marked point in the direction of the first spinal needle tip introduced into the tooth. Electrolytic physiologic saline is introduced via the first spinal needle. Electric current treatment is carried out by means of mandarins introduced into spinal needles lumens. The mandrins are connected to tester ohmmeter. The mandrins are withdrawn from the needles. The osteoporosis lesion focus is treated with liquid drugs. Osteoplastic material is introduced via the first needle into cavity under pressure, concurrently discharging lesion focus content via the second needle.
EFFECT: enhanced prevented high pressure zone formation; accelerated defect substitution process.
