FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery, may be used for treatment of combined injuries of peripheral nerves and tendons of the hand of the upper extremities. SUBSTANCE: operation of recovery of injured nerves and tendons is carried out. At the end of operation an active electrode is brought to the nerve in the lower third of the arm for electrostimulation. After operation a direct electrostimulation of the nerve is carried out. The epicutaneous passive electrode is put on the region of the tendons of the stimulated muscle innerved by the given nerve.
