FIELD: medicine; neurology; physiotherapy. SUBSTANCE: exposure to pulse magnetic field with induction of 2.0-3.0 T at frequency of 0.1-0.2 Hz is performed. Projections of motor zone of cerebral cortex and dorsal roots are exposed successively, 1-2 min for every field. In cases of central paralyses and pareses: mode I, type of operation 3, modulation frequency of 50 Hz, modulation depth of 75%. In case of peripheral paralyses and pareses: mode II, type of operation 2, modulation frequency of 30 Hz, modulation depth of 100%. Double-pole electrode is positioned above projection of paretic muscles and nerves for 2 min for every field. Course of treatment includes 10-15 procedures. EFFECT: most complete early recovery of motor function. 1 tbl
