FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing nervous structure projections to laser beam radiation all along their extents from forming cerebrospinal and craniocerebral nerves to distal motor and sensory receptor fields over scanning patterns. Synergist muscles are stimulated in this way. 2-6 fields are subjected to action when the whole procedure duration takes not longer than 18 min. Lissajou figure is used as scanning figure in the cases of paralysis and paresis of extremities in treating posteroexterior and anterointerior extremity surface. Mucous membranes are treated with continuous laser beam through catheter in the cases of bulbary paralysis and paresis. EFFECT: early stage and complete motor function repair. 3 cl
