FIELD: medicine and cosmetology, designed for control of fat in the organism. SUBSTANCE: the invention consists in combined therapeutic influence both directly on the fatty tissues and on the zones that are responsible for metabolism of fat in the organism. For direct influence it is offered to use separately or in different combinations luminous-induced photothermal, photoacoustic and photodynamic effects arising at a selective absorption by fat of radiation in absorption bands of near infra-red band of 900-2500 nm, including areas in region of 920, 1200, 1700 and 2300 nm. Depending on the effect and area of exposure, it is offered to use various sources of radiation: lamps with a light filter, super-luminous light-emitting diodes of lasers both separately and combined in matrices. The main operating conditions: continuous, continuous with a high-frequency modulation of intensity or impulsive, including the use of high-frequency bursts required for generation of ultra-sound vibrations. For a selective delivery of phosensitive-photophoresis, phonophoresis and electrophoresis. Fat removal is attained both due to its transformation in other compounds or by destruction by heat, oxidation, acoustic or ultra-sound vibrations, cavitation inclusive, and due to activation of natural physiological metabolic processes, thermohenesis inclusive. The latter is attained due to programmed temperature variation of the body in special zones. Provision is made for elements of mechanical and vacuum massage, for "drawing" of local zones from the common mass of the fat with a subsequent light irradiation. Offered is the minimum-invasive method based on introduction of thin needles with light-emitting diodes in the underskin fatty tissues.
