SUBSTANCE: device for effecting biological object by optical radiation and ultrasound intends for treatment of vast infected wounds as well as for treatment of soft and hard biological tissues at different pathologies, including, tumors, anomaly of vessels, dermatological diseases. Device has optical unit made of matching optical system and optical radiation source connected with power supply, ultrasonic unit made of ultrasonic converter connected with power supply, unit for bringing items in coincidence providing spatial disposition of ultrasonic converter and matching optical system in relation one to other in such a way that directional pattern of optical source would be oriented onto distal end of ultrasonic converter. Device also has control unit connected with ultrasonic and optical units providing synchronized operation of ultrasonic and optical units, and feedback unit connected with control unit. Device also has solution supply unit which provides delivery of photo-sensitizer, antibiotic and contrast components in to area of effect.
