APPARATUS FOR REMOVING HEAVY INCLUSIONS OUT OF LOOSE MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: equipment for cleaning loose materials, mainly wood particles by removing inclusions, possibly manufacture of wooden chip boards. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for removing heavy inclusions out of loose material such as wood particles includes unit for feeding loose material for cleaning; receptacles for cleaned material and inclusions; blind jointly mounted between feeding unit and receptacles and having member for fixing it in initial position. Said member is mounted with possibility of moving it in necessary direction. Blind is mounted with possibility of its free deflection by action of inclusions and it is made in the form of set of plates arranged in the same plane. Blind has attachment for regulating deflection effort of each plate. Said attachment may be in the form of members arranged at non-working side of plates and designed for supplying controlled air jet or it may be in the form of spring-loaded lever or lever provided with weight and joined with each plate. EFFECT: improved design of apparatus providing simplified maintenance, increased useful life period and enhanced quality of cleaning loose material. 5 cl, 9 dwg
