FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has contact head manufactured from high heat conductivity material which shape repeats one of the human eyeball, system for measuring contact head temperature designed as a pair of thermoelectric units, heat damper with melted substance and automation system designed as control and adjustment unit. The heat damper is positioned between hot junctions of the acting thermoelectric unit and an additional thermoelectric unit. Heat damper material phase transition temperature is equal to thermostabilization temperature of the hot junction of the acting thermoelectric unit.
