SUBSTANCE: device has thermopile, heat exchanger, sealed case accommodating temperature stabilizing unit for radio equipment, and automatic control unit with temperature sensor for mounting on radio equipment temperature stabilizing unit. According to invention, sealed case is transparent for heat radiation and thermopile is assembled of compact series-connected groups of thermoelectric modules which are interconnected in parallel within each group.
