SUBSTANCE: gear includes heat damper made of high heat-conductive material in the form of truncated pyramid whose small base has recess. Enclosure with thermostating substance whose point of phase transition coincides with thermostating temperature of cooled object is put into recess. Cooled object is placed into chamber which is heat insulated from environment and is in direct heat contact with enclosure. Battery of thermal electric modules is placed with its heat-absorbing junctions on bigger base of truncated pyramid. Control unit tests resistance of heat-stabilizing substance, supplies power to battery of thermal electric modules or disconnects it.
