FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: phospholipid feed product comprises phospholipids produced by hydration of crude vegetable oil with aqueous solution of citric acid having concentration of 1.5-5.0% and used in an amount of 2.5-6.0% by weight of oil at temperature of 35-60 C in zone of rotary alternating electromagnetic field with magnetic induction of 0.6-0.9 T; exposing mixture to processing in stationary electromagnetic field with magnetic induction of 0.3-0.t T; drying at temperature of 55-65 C. Components are used in the following ratio, %: plant phospholipids 50-60; crude vegetable oil the balance. Resultant feed product allows broiler chickens productivity and weight gain to be augmented and feeding value of chicken interior fat to be increased by increased content of fat-soluble vitamins in fat. EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing full-value feed product from vegetable oil and phospholipids. 1 tbl, 3 ex
