FIELD: butter and fats industry. SUBSTANCE: butter and fats fodder product consisting of vegetable phospholipids and vegetable oil comprises phospholipids as vegetable phospholipids prepared by hydration of non-refined vegetable oil with citric acid an aqueous solution with concentration 1.5-5.0% taken in the amount 2.5-6.0% to oil mass at temperature 35-60 C in zone of rotating electromagnetic field with magnetic induction 0.6-0.9 T, the following treatment of mixture in constant electromagnetic field with magnetic induction 0.3-0.5 T and drying at temperature 55-65 C. Product comprises also additionally grape powder prepared by milling grape seeds of white strains for two steps. At the first step seeds are crushed and wetted with water up to moisture 8-12% and at the second step seeds are subjected for fine grinding in film with thickness 0.1-2.0 mm at temperature 30-60 C for 5-25 s in the ratio vegetable phospholipids to grape powder = (1.0: 1.5)-(1.5: 1.0). Invention ensures the development of novel highly effective butter and fats fodder product allowing the enhancement of poultry productivity and to improved quality and nutrient value of poultry visceral fats and meat. Invention can be used for preparing the full-value highly effective butter and fats fodder product. EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable properties of product. 1 tbl, 3 ex
