FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding of fat, protein and carbohydrate components and their mixing with water and mineral additive. The mixture is heated, homogenized, and pancreatin is introduced. Then mixture is divided into two parts, one of which is subjected to fermentolysis. Both parts are dried and crushed. Said mixture is mixed at introduction of preparation produced by successive extraction of biomass of Mortierella globalpina micromycete by nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical state by water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water with the following combination of the first extract with solid residue. Before using, mixture is reduced by water. EFFECT: exclusion of syneresis of fats during process of storage life and stratification of reduced mixture.
