FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: reduced fatty, protein and carbohydrate components should be mixed with water and mineral additive, heated and homogenized. Then one should supplement pancreatin, the mixture is divided into two parts, one of which is subjected to fermentolysis. Both parts should be dried and reduced. Then they are mixed at supplementing preparation obtained due to successive extraction of Mortierella verticillata micromycete biomass with nonpolar extragent in supercritical state with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combining solid residue with the first extract. Nutritive mixture is reduced with water before usage. The innovation enables to exclude synerisis of fats during storage period and stratification of reduced mixture. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
