Invention proposes antihistamine preparation made in tableted form and comprising chloropyramine hydrochloride as an active substance taken in the amount 10-15% of tablet mass and accessory substances: maize starch, amylopectin, talc, gelatin, magnesium stearate and lactose where mass part of accessory substances of mass part of the main active substance is: maize starch, 1.5-2.5; amylopectin, 0.05-0.1; talc, 0,2, not above; gelatin, 0.01-0.06; magnesium stearate, 0,12, not above; lactose, the balance. The preparation shows the improved decomposition and solubility due to selection of accessory components and their quantitative ratio that provides the positive effect in prescription of preparation for therapeutic aims.
