SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of modified polymers and α-olefin copolymers and to developing complex disperse modifier of linear polymer chains through crosslinking with siloxane linkages. Dry dispersed polymer modifier for obtaining crosslinked polymers and α-olefin copolymers is composed of crosslinking agent (A): unsaturated hydrolysable organosilane; free-radical initiator (B): organic peroxide; moisture absorber (C): ethoxy- and/or acetoxysilane; hydrolysis/condensation catalyst (D): organic salts of tin, organic derivatives of sulfonic and disulfonic acids; stabilizer/antioxidant (E): organic derivative of tert-butylphenol or phenyl phosphite; inorganic finely dispersed filler/absorbent (F): oxide or silicate of metal selected from calcium, magnesium, aluminum, silicon, and titanium, or mixture thereof; optionally binder (G): polyolefin or α-olefin copolymer at following weight ratio: A:B:C:D:E:F:G -(50-65):(3.0-5.0):(5.0-8.0):(1.0-2.5):(6.8-8.0):(15-30):(0-16).
