FIELD: electrolytic production of aluminum. SUBSTANCE: facility includes burner put on boss of gas-collecting bell and made in the form of cylinders with shoulder between them and system of gas conduits. Shoulder is located in zone of slits made in cylinder above upper edge for air inflow. Burner comes in the form of three cylinders, upper, central and lower, shoulder carries vertical holes to ensure double aerodynamic effect. Diameters of upper and lower cylinders are equal to 1.0-1.1 diameter of hole in boss of gas-collecting bell and relation of diameter of central cylinder and diameter of hole in boss of gas-collecting bell lies within bounds of 1.3-1.7. Length of central cylinder equals 4-7 radial lengths of shoulder and relation of lengths of lower and central cylinders is 0.75-1.3. Relation of area of vertical holes in shoulder to summary area of holes for supply of air amounts to 0.3-0.45. Surface of shoulder is made at angle of 15-25 degrees with line of horizon.
