FIELD: drilling technique, particularly, control means of bottom-hole parameters in well drilling and geophysical surveys. SUBSTANCE: used in embodiment of method are flux-gate magnetometers, main accelerometers adjusted for vibration range of 10-5 g- 2 g and additional accelerometers adjusted for vibration range of 10-2 g- 90 g. In this case, the second accelerometers at rest are adjusted by the first accelerometers. Device for method embodiment has units of rigidly secured magnetometers 1, main accelerometers 2, additional accelerometers 3 whose sensitive axes X and Y are located in plane perpendicular to instrument axis, and conversion and coupling unit 4, with computer 5.
