FIELD: iron ore preparation for metal-working sets. SUBSTANCE: conveyer-type machine used for agglomerating loose materials mounts devices designed to check for deviations in design parameters of cars. In addition it mounts position sensor for fire-grate cars and conveyer-type machine operating cycles sensor connected to programmable controller and personal computer. Machine is diagnosed as follows: data arriving from particular car are automatically identified, design parameters of car measured in current cycle are compared with its parameters in preceding cycle, results are entered in car certificate, faulty car is detected and stopped in car replacement area.
