FIELD: preparation of iron-ore starting material for metallurgical works, in particular, conveyer machines of loose material agglomeration.

SUBSTANCE: the agglomeration conveyer machine has devices, which check the deviations of the design parameters, as well as a device monitoring the position of the trolley in the zone of replacement, device for detection of the defects of trolleys, device for identification of the received information on the detected defects, and a device for an automatic stop of the defective trolley in the zone of replacement connected to the principal controller and personal computer. The device monitoring the position of the trolley in the zone of replacement is made in the form of a code transducer installed on the driving sprocket of the machine. Besides, the agglomeration conveyer machine is provided with a second programmed controller connected to the first one with the aid of the industrial network for exchange of information, the principal programmed controller of diagnostics of the trolleys is linked with the device for an automatic stop of the defective trolley in the zone of replacement, and the second programmed controller of the machine control-with the device for detection of the defects of trolleys and the identification device. The diagnostics of the conveyer machine includes an automatic identification of the information received from the information transducers of the particular trolley, comparison of the trolley design parameters measured in the current cycle with their parameters in the previous cycle and automatic entering of them in the trolley certificate, revealing of the defective trolley and stoppage of the whole service stock, the certificate of each trolley with the inventory number is set into the data unit of the on-line memory of the principal programmed controller, the information on the new trolleys is kept in the on-line memory of the programmed controller, and at a replacement of the trolleys it is automatically entered in the data file of the principal programmed controller.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of the system of automatic diagnostics of the agglomeration conveyer machine due to provision of diagnostics of the entire stock of trolleys.
