Abstract RU 2204120 C2

FIELD: analytical instrumentation, sampling of aerosols for subsequent microbiological examination. SUBSTANCE: given device includes impactor in the form of one or several split circular collectors with annular groove towards axial hole. Inlet branch pipe of impactor is presented by upper part of axial hole limited by inner wall of collector. Branch pipe is shut by multinozzle grate. Lower part of axial hole communicates with rarefaction source controlled by electronic unit. Sample-taking element-Petri dish with dense nutrient medium is placed under multinozzle grate. Circular collector is provided with adjusting socket to accommodate Petri dish which includes supports-flexible cantilever springs or springy rubber bushings anchored on collector, under dish, and installed in annular groove of collector and elastic spring or rubber locks bordering on wall of dish. Socket has lockpins installed in multinozzle grate and resting against inner surface of Petri dish. Rigidity of structure of impactor is secured by implementation of joint of circular collectors in the form of threaded connection or by connection of collectors by means of locks. EFFECT: device ensures effective inertial precipitation of aerosol particles over entire surface of nutrient medium in Petri dish. 2 cl, 3 dwg
