FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has single or several impaction cascades as detachable ring-shaped collectors having ring-shaped notch. Upper part of axial opening restricted by internal collector wall is used as inlet tube covered with multi-nozzle grill with Petri dish filled with dense culturing medium set under the grille coaxial with ring-shaped collector center. The lower inlet opening is used as inlet opening and rarefaction source collector of centrifugal fan. Values of d50 characterizing aerosol sedimentation completeness by particle sizes selected for impactor cascades with efficiency of 50% are equal to I-d50 =4.0, II-d50 =2.1, III-d50 =1.05 mcm. They enable concentration and fineness control option and microbial aerosol fractions separation on cascades showing characteristic properties in acting upon human organism relative to coarse, respiratory and fine one.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in control concentration and fineness and fraction dispersion composition of microbial aerosols under various conditions.
