FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves aerosol particle deposition and inoculation from the air on the surface of a dense basal nutrient medium, thermostatic control of the samples and microorganism colony count. After air sampling and inoculation of the dense basal nutrient medium, the whole surface of the basal nutrient medium is additionally coated with the same nutrient medium having a density of not less than that of the basal nutrient medium. The thermostatic control is performed for 47-48 h.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of the bacterial content count accompanying the air microbioassay.
