FIELD: data transmission in communication system with mobile objects. SUBSTANCE: method includes segmenting of data stream on at least one serial frame of variable data length, data stream being segmented into plurality of serial blocks of variable data length; each serial block is segmented into plurality of sub-serial blocks of byte length, header incorporating first bit set pointing to ordinal number of serial bit corresponding to head part and second bit set indicating ordinal number of serial block corresponding to head part is attached to each head part of serial frames; serial frames are transferred together with attached headers. In this way radio-link operation protocol frame of varying length is produced and enhanced amount of data is transmitted by using ordinal number in block item and ordinal number in byte data for radio communication system with mobile objects.
