SUBSTANCE: proposed (AL2A) processing device has (AL2A) synchronized for receiving (AL2A) cell wherein at least one (AL2A) burst is multiplexed and for detecting initial moment of each burst to synchronize the burst; (AL2A) switch used for switching synchronized bursts in compliance with routing information submitted during call establishment; it also has (AL2A) formatter for multiplexing handled burst in compliance with asynchronous transmission mode junctions and for generating (AL2A) output cell of same format as (AL2A) input cell. In addition (AL2A) processing device has channel identification changing unit inserted between (AL2A) synchronizer and (AL2A) switch to find out if there are bursts switched at a time to similar asynchronous transmission mode junction from bursts handled by (AL2A) switch when using cell routing information and varying identification-channel bursts, if such bursts are available, so that information-channel bursts were not identical.
