FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating medical solutions group introduced into patient organism before death in time period not exceeding half-evacuation period of each of them, determining their osmolarity and dividing them into hypo-, iso- and hyperosmotic solutions. Mathematical calculation of total osmolarity is carried out and conclusion is made concerning hypo- and hyperosmotic coma development or local inflammation tissue response. The received conclusion data are interpreted in terms of medicament iatrogenesis of solutions in the cases of hospital death. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy in determining solutions iatrogenesis.
