SUBSTANCE: the method deals with comparing the list of introduced medicinal preparations to current instructions followed by analysis of altered physiological parameters of all vitally important organs and systems, then comes detecting the group of solutions of medicinal preparations which were introduced before patient's death, or critical situation during the time not exceeding doubled half-life for every of them, mixing in volumes being proportional to volumes of introduced solutions of medicinal preparations, addition of donor's blood portion into solution portion at acidity being analogous to that of patient's blood in proportion corresponding to the ratio of volumes of introduced solutions of medicinal preparations and patient's circulating blood, mixing, detecting acidity of the mixture obtained and at pH shift for the value exceeding 0.100, or at the shift of deficiency or excess of foundations for the value exceeding 2 mM/l into acid or alkaline medium one should conclude upon low safety of preparations and possibility to provoke either acidosis or alkalosis (correspondingly).
