FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to field pharmacology, to emergency pharmacology and can be used at the location of terrorist acts, natural disasters, and technological disasters in no-power and cold-weather conditions to perform an urgent assess the drugs injected in soft tissues for postinjection local toxicity level. The laboratory examination is carried out at temperature 37°C in two identical transparent capillaries designed for evaluating the sedimentation rate of erythrocytes added with nitrate donor blood mixed in the ratio 1:1 either with a finished product solution twice dissolved with water for injection, or with 0.9% saline solution. Then capillaries are encapsulated and at first positioned horizontally for at least 3 minutes, then vertically to ensure a media separation. The colours of the top layers in fluid liquid are compared, and the absence of any changes indicates high postinjection local toxicity level of a finished medicinal product.
EFFECT: more rapid and improved examination of postinjection local drug toxicity level ensured by urgent detection of dehydrating drug activity.
