FIELD: medicine, operative gynecology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out cross-sectional incision at the border of anterior mucosal wall and uterine cervix. Tunnel should be developed between vaginal mucosa and bladder along middle line, underlying tissues should be exfoliated by not reaching about 0.5-0.8 cm against external urethral opening. Then one should dissect a fragment along middle line for the tunnel's length. Mucosal exfoliation should be continued to the right and to the left against the bladder. Similar manipulations are performed along posterior wall of vaginal mucosa. EFFECT: lower traumaticity of surgical interference. 1 ex
