FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: after removing syndactylia of fingers, incision should be continued at the basis of the 1st finger circularly from rear onto volar surface, at radial side of wrist in projection area of 1st metacarpal bone incision should be continued up to area of wrist bones, tendons of long flexors and extensors of 1st finger should be mobilized, osteotomy of wrist bones should be performed being proximally against tenor's muscles fixation, the first ray together with points of tenor muscles' fixation should be replaced into opposition position to be fixed with needles to provide bilateral capture at the presence of pathological position of 1st finger.
