FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has power supply source and handle with tubular wire duct near the end of which a bent is available. The wire duct optionally has head with optical radiation diodes one of which is position in the center of a circle and the other diodes are spaced over the circle perimeter with some tilt towards the central diode for focusing the radiation. Another embodiment of the wire duct has head with semiconductor instrument emitting radiation in 400 to 500 nm bandwidth. EFFECT: reduced electric power consumption; reduced heating of the apparatus; small mass and dimensions. 3 cl, 2 dwg
