It can be used in vehicle bumpers of trucks and passenger cars operating at high speeds. proposed device contains outer and inner panels and side walls connected to each other to form closed accommodating energy absorbing layer and independent energy absorbing blocks with explosion devices, some of which are fitted in containers installed on external surface of outer panel and others are fitted in rectangular cells in middle part of energy absorbing layer.
