FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: bumper includes mounted on body (1) external movable (2) and internal supporting (3) frames connected by resilient energy-absorbing elements (4). The latter are made in the form of corrugated welded bellows representing block of diaphragm boxes (5) connected by weld seam (6) at butt ends of ring centres (7). Cavity (9) of bellows (4) is filled with viscous liquid (10). On the bellows, hollow steel plates (11, 12) are installed which plates are pressure-tightly connected by their inner cavities (14) with bellows cavity by control orifices (13). The plates are installed on bellows near their ends, faced to frames by their concaved surfaces, made with diameters increasing from bellow edges and concentrically enclose each other, while being engaged by their outer edges into power contact with inner surfaces of nearby frames.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vehicle protection in its collision with and obstacle.
