FIELD: construction material industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves joint milling of portland cement, aluminous slag, gypsum, and hardening activator; preliminarily grinding aluminous slag to fineness corresponding to 5-10% sieve residue for sieve mesh size of 80 micron; providing joint milling of all mixture components until specific surface of final product reaches the value of 4,000-6,000 sq.cm/g. Hardening activator is calcined soda used in an amount of 0.5-2% by weight of dry cement mixture. Resultant cement mixture quickly gains required hardness and expansion extent.
