FIELD: mining; applicable in support of underground mine workings. SUBSTANCE: cartridged mineral fixing agent includes shell containing binding mixture. Shell is made of water permeable material. Binding mixture consists of mineral mixture produced by combined grinding of portland cement, alumina slag, gypsum and setting accelerator in form of soda ash. Method of fixing agent production includes obtaining of binding mixture and shell filling. Alumina slag before combined grinding of agent components is preliminarily ground to fineness of grinding of agent components is preliminarily ground to fineness of grinding corresponding to 5-10% residue on sieve with 80 mcm meshes. Combined grinding of fixing agent components is carried out up to specific surface of 4000-6000 sq. cm. Shell is filled with compaction of mixture.
