FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: binder contains a cinder component, calcium sulfate dihydrate, an activator. The cinder component is cinder portland cement, the activator is mountain sand of the following composition, wt %: Al₂O₃ - 9.8-11.0; CaO - 11.3-13.7; SiO₂ - 34.1-39.9; FeO+Fe₂O₃ - 12.8-36.1; MgO - 5.7; P₂O - 1.7-22; Na₂O₃+K₂O - 1.3-3.2; ignition loss - 8.5-15.0; additionally contains an antifreezing agent - calcium chloride, TPP ash of the following composition, wt %: Al₂O₃ - 12.2; CaO - 3; SiO₂ - 34.9; FeO - 1.9; Fe₂O₃ - 4.2; MgO - 1.5; P - 0.20; S - 0.30; (Na₂O+K₂O) - 0.96; ignition loss - 40.84 at the following ratio of components, wt %: calcium sulfate dihydrate 1.5-3; calcium chloride 2-3; Mountain sand 4; cinder portland cement 42-44; specified ash - balance, at the same time the mixture is ground to size of less than 350 m²/kg.

EFFECT: increased frost resistance and strength.
