FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, enzymes. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes method for immobilization of glucoamylase that involves fibrous ionites AK-22 and AK-22-1 containing links N-(2-aminoethyl)-2-imidazoline and acrylic acid as a carrier. Method is simple in performing, it does not require preliminary carrier activation and immobilized enzyme retains high stability. Invention can be used in food industry for preparing glucose in the process of starch hydrolysis. EFFECT: improved preparing method, simplified procedure.
