FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, methods of control oil formations flooding; applicable in restriction of water inflows in oil producing wells. SUBSTANCE: method includes injection into well of solution of carboxymethyl cellulose and solution of aluminum salt in water. Solution of carboxymethyl cellulose and solution of aluminum salt are injected in the form of colloid-gel system in the form of mixture of 0.3-1.0% solution of carboxymethyl cellulose with 0.1-0.15% solution of aluminum salt with mixture pH 4.8-5.8 in water, and total mineralization of 0-180 g/l. Then viscous system in the form of mixture of 0.3-1.0% solution of cellulose ether with 0.0005-0.05% solution of aluminum salt at mixture pH 6.5-8.5 in water with total mineralization of 0-180 g/l. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method of control of oil formation flooding due to increased stability of respective composition that results in increased coverage of formation by flooding. 2 tbl
