FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable also in other industries. SUBSTANCE: plant includes preparatory, measuring and automatic control units lowered into pit with preset lengths and diameters in reinforced concrete or metal-plastic frame with lower end separating partition and with upper hatch provided with sealing cover, measuring unit from tubular measuring vessel, ball spacer from flexible wear-resistant materials, receiving and discharging pipelines, ball valve check mounting seats floating on springs at upper and lower ends of measuring unit, position detectors, pressure and temperature pickups installed under and above floating check seats. Gas separator of the first stage presents inclined tube of diameter larger than that of well discharge pipeline. Inclined tube is bifurcated in middle part into two branches which upper one is gas branch and lower is gas-fluid one. In pit, inside frame, gas branch is connected with upper gas zone of preparatory unit in the form of tubular gas separator, and gas-fluid branch is connected with gas separating part. The latter accommodates float controller of fluid level and gas pressure in the form of lower and upper seats fastened to body of preparatory unit, axle carrying fitted float with cone valves at its ends for control of fluid level by discharging gas into gas line and further on to discharge oil pipeline, and fluid with residual gas to measuring vessel and discharge oil pipeline. Gas separator of the first stage is located behind frame and connected with preparatory unit by receiving pipelines and shutoff devices. Preparatory and measuring units are connected by means of discharge pipelines and shutoff devices with well discharge oil pipeline. Receiving and discharge pipelines of measuring unit have three-way valves. Preparatory, measuring and automatic control units are interconnected with one another by flange joints. Position detectors, pressure and temperature pickups are connected with control unit by means of telemechanics wires laid in sealed tubes.
