SUBSTANCE: armour of bulletproof vest has successively arranged layers of fabric of high-modulus fibre, soft insert, layers of fabric of high-modular fibre impregnated with polymeric binder. The soft insert is made of gas-filled material with closed pores, the material density being within 20 to 100 kg, cu.m.
