SUBSTANCE: transmitter has springy member 1, clamps 3 holding springy member 1 on flexible element 2, tie-rod 5 placed in parallel with springy member 1 and possessing same coefficient of thermal expansion. One end of tie-rod 5 is linked to springy member 1 and its other end is connected to input of deformation converter 6. Tension compensator 8 is installed inside flexible element 2 between clamps.
