FIELD: oil and gas industry, facilities measuring and recording parameters of sinking and lifting operations. SUBSTANCE: proposed weigher includes force cell which output is connected through spark-safe unit to first input of controller, first output of the latter is connected to overload gear and second output of controller is connected through spark-safe unit to indicator panel. Weigher also has control unit which output is connected to input of controller, storage connected with input/output to controller, power supply unit and amplitude detector. Force cell comes in the form of force-measuring unit which output is connected through spark-safe unit to first input of controller and to input of amplitude detector whose output is connected to second input of controller. Controlling input of amplitude detector is connected to third output of controller. Force cell includes transmitter of cable tension and electric converter. EFFECT: raised measurement accuracy, reliability in determination of emergency situation, reliability and safety of sinking and lifting operations. 1 cl, 1 dwg
