FIELD: sportive equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has indicating unit, signaling unit, force measuring unit, setting unit and computer, and is additionally equipped with speed and force characteristics measuring unit, and information transmission unit. First input of speed and force characteristics measuring unit is connected to force measuring unit output and its second input is connected to setting unit. First output of speed and force characteristics measuring unit is connected to input of information transmission unit, whose output is connected to computer. Second and third outputs of speed and force characteristics are connected to signaling unit and indicating unit, respectively. Force measuring unit is made in the form of strain-measuring weigh. Speed and force characteristics measuring unit is made in the form of micro controller. Information transmission unit is made in the form of portable memory unit or radio channel. Force measuring unit is connected to speed and force characteristics measuring unit through wire or wireless coupling. Apparatus is used for determining of speed and force characteristics, such as jumpiness, for testing of sportsmen, astronauts, students etc, as well as for creating of data bases for further investigation and analysis of increase/decrease in speed and force characteristics, for setting of physical load standards, and for determining of patients rehabilitation extent. EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for objective measuring of various parameters, such as jumpiness, durability etc, and completeness of information on physical state of individual under control. 5 cl, 1 dwg
